I've created a blog. You can find it at ChinaMiss.NET. This will allow me to provide more information on using this site, answer your questions and post information that may be interesting. The software provides features that will help me make it more interesting. You can go to the blog and register to leave comments. At some point we will remove the newsletter registration on this site and replace the registration for the blog. On the blog when you can add comments, ask questions and use RSS to keep track of my posts. If any of you have an idea how I can use FaceBook and Twitter to help market this site, let me know.
Photo Upload Fixed
As most of you are aware, the photos upload would cut off the top of the photo when uploaded.When you click on the photo it would shows the full photo. Now when you upload, the thumbnail will display the entire photo. I apologize for the problems users must of had trying to get their face showing. I have fixed many of the photos.
Email Notification Working
We had a few glitches in email notifications. Hopefully, the programmers have fixed them. When someone sends you a private message, you should get a email notification about the message. Make sure that you do not have ChinaMiss.net or Chinamiss.net in your spam or blacklist. If you register, you will need to click the email confirmation link in email sent to you after your register.
Female Members No Longer on this Site
For a list, go to the new blog at: ChinaMiss.NET. I could of put it here, but it's a way to get me to the new blog site. This list is based on email notifications sent when a user sends a private message that was returned. This is part of the upgrade. As some of you know, many of the ladies were imported from our old software when we updated to this software. We will be actively culling the ladies with invalid email addresses as quickly as possible to prevent you from wasting your time.
Trip to China
I recently returned from a four-week trip to China with a member to help find his China Miss. I will talk more about this trip on my blog. We traveled to many cities in China and met with many ladies. I took this opportunity to talk with agencies who could help us get ladies to sign up on our site. I did meet with some success and hopefully in the near future we will have many ladies signed. As you may know, this is kind of chicken and egg thing--to get male members you have to have female members and vice versa.
